Prior to joining One City Schools in May of 2023 as Chief Talent Officer, Nikole spent nearly twenty-five years serving as an urban educator in various teaching and school leadership roles in Chicago, Rockford and Milwaukee. In 2004, Nikole transitioned from traditional public schools to charter schools, knowing the need for innovative and effective school choice for all students.
