I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico, and moved to Madison in the summer of 2001. Currently, I live just outside of Madison with my wife, 3-year-old daughter, and a baby boy on the way. At a young age, I started working in the food service industry. From bussing tables to being a waiter, and later having the opportunity to work in the kitchen where I developed a passion for cooking. I also have experience working as a shift manager for four years which gave me the skills to serve customers on a professional level. For the last seven years, I have worked as a floor technician. I am excited to have the opportunity to return to the kitchen to use my skills and share my passion for cooking while serving the One City Schools community. In my free time, you’ll find me spending time with my family or cycling across Madison.
